Kelly was amazing to work with in the selling of our home. Her process started before the house was on the market. She went over the entire house and yard guving us lists of things to do to improve the look, in order for us to sell it for top dollar. She even pitched in and helped!

Kelly developed a Marketing strategy and followed it, gave us constant feedback and soothed our stressed nerves. Talk about full service. The result was in us getting more for the house than we ever thought possible.

I arrived in Canada to take up a new position within a commercial Property & Facilities Mangement organization. It was a real pleasure to work with Kelly. Being inexperienced in this area, I needed someone I courld really trust, and who would guide the process from beginning to end. Understanding completely my needs, Kelly enthusiastically took the responsibility of combing suitable areas to find the best prospects. I had some very specific requirements and that did not make the search easy, but Kelly turned up a great number of excellent possibilities, which fulfilled all my requirements (plus many important ones I hadn't thought of!)
